　　已是阳春三月，又到了开云线上入口“江碧鸟逾白，山青花欲燃”的美好时节。雪莱诉说着的“如果冬天来了,春天还会远吗?开云网站”好似还在昨天，蓦然回首，冬日的时光已经悠然长去。距离我在上海西藏大厦西藏万怡酒店的挂职时光，不知不觉中已经有近两个月了。所有美好的时光都应该被珍藏，每一段经历都是一段风景。2017年1月2日，新年的第二天，我便踏上了前往上海的酒店挂职之路，回忆过往，那两周的时光诚然紧张，却又充满温情。

　　★ 行业体验篇★

　　"笨鸟起飞”

　　万礼豪程在教师挂职之前，为我们提供了非常贴心的学习资料，内容涵盖酒店职业发展轨迹、酒店组织结构图、教师挂职培训上岗指导等内容，并通过在线电话会议和微信教师挂职培训等专题为老师们答疑解惑。作为职场新人的我，略带“杜拉拉”初入职场的青涩，采用了传统学习的“笨方法”，除了配合万礼豪程项目组的岗前培训，自己提前查阅了相关的文件，整理成笔记，这也为之后与行业导师商讨学习计划打下了基础。

　　"菜鸟的蜕变”

　　本次培训一共10天，时间短暂，为了在最短时间学有所获，行业导师与我一起制定了“模块化”学习方案。第1天到5天在人力资源部门，学习有关集团概况、酒店概况的相关信息，并且了解了企业招聘、福利、培训、员工关系、人事、实习生培养等基本信息；第6到8天的三天，我主要在前厅部门学习opera、BSA的具体标准，学习更具有指向性；第9到10天，回到HR询问在运营部门遇到的问题并且继续学习相关文件。整个过程分步骤、有计划，大大提高了培训的效率。这样的学习积累，也为后来继续学习opera等专业知识打下了基础。

　　万豪跃居世界第一的酒店集团，离不开每一位员工的辛勤劳动。无论是万礼豪程项目组的工作人员，还是此次挂职的酒店的同事，高强度的工作任务以及高效率的行动能力，都给我留下了深刻印象。

　　★ 魅力感悟篇★

　　骨髓里的“以人为本”

　　万豪价值观是“以人为本、追求卓越、诚实正直、感恩回报”，细腻的人文情怀让原本冰冷的陀螺式工作圈变得温情脉脉。正值年末，酒店各部门都进入了大忙时节，我所在的人力资源部更是如此，为了不给部门同事增加额外的工作负担，前几天我以资料学习为主，看了大量文件资料。在培训资料里面，一篇名为《如何同泛90后员工沟通》的资料给我留下了深刻印象，里面详细地分析了这类群体的思想动态和行为习惯，并且为参与培训的同事提供了借鉴方法，非常细致。员工入职以后会获得万豪提供的学习账号，大家都可以在网上学习。此外，在企业制度建设上，诸如ES员工调查、薪酬福利方面，员工的工作保障一直被重点关注。万豪的功能单据细致而齐全，除了请假审批表、工伤认定申请表、员工受伤/意外报告等常规表格以外，其中一份“超比例安排残疾人就业单位奖励受理单”引起了我的好奇。经过同事介绍，这是上海市各家单位都会承担的社会责任，但万豪一直在坚持落实。我在学习期间遇见一位聋哑小姑娘，她就是通过此项政策进入万豪工作的，当我问她工作感觉如何的时候，姑娘腼腆的笑容和她并不工整的字迹让我的心田一暖，微关怀却有大情怀。

　　伙伴之行

　　来到酒店，我的第一个朋友是我的室友，她是河海大学文天学院的曾老师，后来我总是记得她的昵称“曾鸡蛋”。她爽朗的性格，认真的实习态度一直影响于我。由于不在一个部门挂职，我们常常在下班之后分享自己的感悟，并偶尔结伴到周边吃东西，在紧张的工作之余得到了精神的放松。

　　起初，因为HR年末的工作任务和我的学习计划都很繁重，我与部门同事的交流并不多。模块化的学习方式节约了我们彼此的时间，也让我们在工作上的配合越发默契。我从融入早会到可以帮伙伴们做一点力所能及的小事，渐渐地开始融入这个团队。在工作之外，我受邀参与部门同事聚餐，Amy, Edith, Susan和我成为工作之外的朋友，也是我此行非常大的收获。

　　师生之缘

　　上海西藏大厦万怡酒店有14位中澳学子，其中7位是实习生，7位是毕业生，可以说这里有个“中澳圈”。他们在不同的岗位上，扮演者不同的职场角色，但是他们有着共同的特点，那就是中澳学子身上的踏实。无论是初次实习的“青菜”，还是摸爬几年的“熟果”，在得知我是中澳老师的时候，总会露出学生特有的腼腆的笑容。几场私下交流和一次学生座谈会，我隐约能够感受到在异地他乡，我的小礼品与问候，让本来陌生的我们有了心里的对话。也许这次带来的感动是短暂的，他们很快也会忘却我这样一位陌生的老师，但是这场相遇已然足够。

　　★ 后记★

　　虽没有良时不再至，但离别在须臾，聚散匆匆，好在不虚此行。每一场相遇并不都是不期而至，却早已有所注定。培根说“命运如同银河”，诚然，我们的性格、学习经历、追求等等因素，让我们恰巧在时间的某点交汇，也许我们并不能一路同行，但生命的长河里我们曾相互影响，便也值得庆幸。

　　我有一种感觉，这场“约会”并没有结束，而才刚刚开始。

　　An Appointment with Marriott

　　It is spring in March. In this season, “Green river makes the playing birds appear more white. The flowers are blooming in the mountains, like a fire red.” Shelley once said, “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” On looking back, the winter has been gone for a long time since I worked in Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui. All the good times should be treasured, every experience is a scenery. On January 2, 2017, the second day of the New Year, I embarked on a trip to the hotel which was filled with anticipation and warmth.

Industry Experience

　　(a) The early bird catches the worm

　　Through teachers' posts, CHEI has provided us with very good learning materials, covering hotel career development paths, hotel organization chart, and teachers' work guidance for faculty internships. They also answer teachers' questions through an online conference call and WeChat. As a freshman, I found myself immature, just like "Du Lala" who was just starting to work. I used the traditional method. In addition to CHEI's training materials, I referred to the relevant documents in advance and organized them into notes, which laid a foundation of discussing a learning plan with the industry tutor.

　　(b) The degradation of a rookie

　　The training only lasted 10 days. In order to learn something in a short time, the industry mentor made modular learning plans with me. From the first day to the fifth day, I was in the Human Resources department, getting to know the related information of the hotel, such as recruitment, benefits, training, employee relations, internship training and other basic information. The sixth to eighth day, I mainly studied the Opera system and the specific standard of BSA in the Front Office department. The ninth to tenth days, I was back in the HR department, asking questions about challenges encountered in operations and continued to learn from related documents. The whole process was designed step-by-step, which improved the efficiency of the training. This accumulation of learning laid the foundation to continue to learn Opera and other professional knowledge.

　　Marriott ranks first in the world as the largest hotel company. Its success is a result of every employee's hard work. The CHEI team and hotel colleagues with their high energy and highly efficient operation left a great impression on me.

The feeling of charm

　　(a) “People-oriented” in our blood

　　Marriott values are: put people first, pursue excellence, embrace change, act with integrity and serve our world , which lets the cold work environment become full of tender feelings. At the end of the year, all hotel departments have entered the busy season, including the Human Resources department. I reviewed the training information and read an interesting article titled, “How to communicate with the staff of the generation after the 90s.” It included a detailed analysis of the dynamic behavior and thinking patterns of this group, and provided very detailed references that I could put to use.

　　Employees receive access to Marriott's learning system and everyone can study on the Internet. In addition, the enterprise system includes focus areas, such as the associate engagement survey, compensation and benefits, and employee job security. The system is detailed and complete. It also includes application forms, work-related injury form, staff injury / accident report and other conventional forms. One form that encouraged employment of people with disabilities aroused my curiosity. I learned that Marriott has always believed that hiring people with disabilities is a responsibility of the enterprise. I met a deaf girl during the study period. When I asked her how she felt about the work, she smiled sheepishly and wrote “very well,” which let my heart be warmed. A little care is full of feelings!

　　(b) The trip of my partners

　　My first friend is my roommate in the hotel. She is a teacher at Hohai University, Wen Tian College. I will always remember her nickname “Zeng Egg.” Her bright personality and serious practice attitude inspired me. Since we were not in the same department, we often shared our insights after work, and occasionally ate together, which gave us a spirit of relaxation amidst the intense work.

　　At first, the tasks in HR and my learning plan were very heavy. The modular learning approach saved time and our cooperation grew. Gradually, I began to understand the meeting content and was able to help my partners to do small things within my capabilities. Outside of work, I was invited to participate in the department party. Amy, Edith, Susan and I become friends after work, which is my great harvest in the process.

　　(b) The friendship of teachers and students

　　Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui has 14 students from Anhui Zhong-ao Institute of Technology, 7 of whom are interns, and the rest are graduates. It can be said that there is a “Zhong-ao circle.” They were in different positions, played different roles in the workplace, but they have a common characteristic, which is dependable and reliable. Whether it's the first internship—“green vegetables”— or “ripe fruit,” who have worked for a few years, when they found out that I am a teacher at Zhong-ao, they always displayed a shy smile. Through a few private exchanges and a student symposium, I feel more comfortable in this work environment. My little gifts and greetings have given us the heart of communication. Maybe the touch is transient and they will soon forget me, but the encounter is enough.

　　While the parting moment came too quickly, it was all worthwhile! Good times will come again. Every encounter is always unexpected, but has been destined. Bacon said that fate is like the Milky Way. Indeed, our personality, learning experiences, pursuits and so on, all let us happen to meet at certain times. Maybe we cannot always get together, but in the long river of life, we have mutual influences, for which I am also thankful.

　　I have a feeling that this experience is not over, but just the beginning.
